I've been doing the powder for 10 weeks now and don't mind the cardio C with lysine and proline but the pure vitamin powder is harsh on the throat. So if I could take capsules sometimes that would help.
Thanks

OMG I haven't been, usually rinse my mouth out with water then brush teeth, is that enough?
Never used a straw to drink vitamin C. I don't understand why they can't make capules with 3 or 4 grams in them so we don't have to drink so much liquid every day
Ken
I wouldnt brush my teeth
use a water pic, if anything
brushing teeth is just going to grind the vit C or food against the tooth and cause more harm than good

According to the Mayo Clinic, if you've consumed anything acidic, you should avoid brushing your teeth for at least 30 minutes. Foods containing citric acid, like oranges, grapefruits and lemons, weaken tooth enamel. Brushing too soon after eating them can damage the enamel in its weakened state.
