I‘m looking for an answer to the following question: Do all people suffering from atherosclerosis have increased lp(a)-values? Are there any studies on this?

Per another recent topic, Rath's team found Apo(a) / Lp(a) ONLY in the atherosclerotic lesions. And all the lesions had Lp(a).

It would be difficult to use existing data in that the major USA labs are allowed to calculate (guess) Lp(a) and their numbers make little sense. A real study would only use measurements from labs that measured Lp(a) and I don't know if US Hospitals routinely measure Lp(a) (because there are no drugs that lower it, only elevate it)
