I agree the article is "interesting"

I am reminded of a few things:

-Reminds of of an obese co-worker who was eating a whole pack of dark chocolate because "its HEALTHY!"
maybe so, but being obese is UNhealthy. you'd do better NOT eating anything(or low calories) than eating "healthy food" and remanining fat
ie EAT FAST with mike mosely, and the powers of fasting help your body

-Dr R Blaylocks book,"excitoxins: Taste that kills" and how he said you need tons of veggies/fruit to make any difference,,which might be becuase to get adequate vit C, you do need tons of veggies/fruits

-survey that showes people over BMI 25 have a much greater chance of gettting dz/all causes of mortality
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22530540

- john mcdougals diet against cancer
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyRuDpqYuvY
-where low fat and high fruits/veggies, nothhing made by man is key
5 :54 shows graphs about a lack of cancer improvements from standard care

-calories matter
finally, to get lean, isnt costly, you just need to eat less.
as this prof lost 20lbs of fat, yet at high fat, highly processed crap in nearly every meaal
