I am new to the Pauling Therapy and was wondering what was the best way to get to bowel tolerance.
Right now, I take 2g of Vitamin C 4 times a day. This roughly happens at the following times: 5am, 10am, 3pm & 8pm.
I was wondering if I should increase my Vitamin C intake once a week and keep it at equal dosages for a week and continue to do that until I reach bowel tolerance or some other way.
The only other options that I can think of would be to take equal dosages each day but increase my dosage each day or increase my dosage every time I normally would take it. I don't think that last one would be good if I hit bowel tolerance a 8pm and then had to go to the bathroom all night.
I'm sure there are other ways, but I wasn't sure how to slowly work up to bowel tolerance.
