I've found a pure ascorbic acid 100% corn free here in Italy!
I want to start to take it...but , please, could you help me?
1)
WHEN IS BETTER TO TAKE PURE 100% ASCORBIC ACID?
2)
if I eat only fruits x my breakfast, could I take my dose od ascorbic acid 15 minutes before my fruits?
3)
Can I take ASCORBIC ACID with MY PROBIOTICS ( before the frius x my breakfast)?
4)
How much quantity to start?..6 gr until 18 gr ( linus Pauling suggestion)
5)
I suffer of gas and bloating and insomnia...
I'v eread in this forum that it's best to take ascorbic acid with proteins...
I eat me protein (meat or fish or eggs ) x dinner and nuts or beans x my lunch..
So I should take my ascorbic acid in the evening, before or after dinner, or before to go to bed..but I'M afraid to not sleep well...So, what do you think it's the bset thing to do in my situation?
