whey protein?

Post Number:#1  Post by bluemustang » Sun Oct 27, 2019 10:39 pm

I noticed whey protein has a strong amino acid profile, I found some on lab door with no bad ingredients, any thoughts?

what does the Vitamin C foundation say about whey protein powders, do they recommend it?

yeah here is the amino acid profile per serving 28 grams of protein powder,
what about the other amino acids are they alright? I think it comes from milk they derive the powder from milk but it doesnt have that much calcium in a scoop only 110mg and 25.5 grams of protein. Thats why I was unsure, because of the other amino acids, and the fact that DrLevy said no milk, but he did say you need a bit of calcium in his book, a little more if you are under 35 years of age.

this website has similar but different numbers for the amino profile, as far as I can remember, back in the day when I was working out heavy I felt great on two scoops of this stuff a day( 1 before workout, 1 after) but I wasnt taking this brand.

I dont think I can do the lysine powder(see other post regarding fast heartbeat), I might have to just start whey again that way I can get 5 grams of lysine a day at least besides from food, ill also get some proline that way too. I have not had a testosterone check before, not really some fat on my belly ontop of some muscle, but I have been very active in my life, two sports most of my life and worked out alot, besdies I took a year or two off I gained some weight in that time but have been exercising again and lost about 12 pounds. I do boxing bag and rope, or speed bike and ab workout for now.
