BTW we learn from the Medical Medium source that most infectious diseases are transmitted by touch, e.g., a shopping cart handle. To really protect oneself, we are told, we should use alcohol to rub shopping carts and other things other people touch in public places, e.g. sinks, toilet handles, etc.
