Magnesium Citrate Tastes Bad

Post by Saw » Sat Jul 01, 2023 10:28 am

Is there a source for Mg citrate that doesn't taste horrible?
Pre 5 years ago ish the powdered Mg citrate I purchased was good tasting (Now Brand).
Since about 5 years now every brand I've tried (purchased capsules and opened to taste)
seems to be from the same horrible tasting source. So I'm looking for a product that is sourced
from the tasty stuff, anyone?
Even a Blind Squirrel makes his own vitamin C.

Dr. Thomas Levy's book MAGNESIUM: HEALING DISEASE discusses the benefits of every form of magnesium, and there are some surprising value from some forms, e.g. Magnesium Chloride. (If I remember, around the time of Klenner, a French doctor used modest amounts of Magnesium Chloride to cure polio).

The Medical Medium oracle recommends magnesium glycinate.
