Again, why would you quote the entire previous post [now deleted] - when it all there as a previous post?

Unless you are a so-called troll looking to do harm to this forum?

I nearly lost an eye hearing "Fat adapted"*rolls eyes*

this study from 1995(Leung)

so you lose weight by not being hungry and no increase in metabolism?
ie from the abstract
As a result, a sufficient amount of energy would be released from storage fat to relieve dieters of the sensation of hunger and weakness which otherwise would be difficult to endure. Hence, using this method for weight reduction together with a careful observation of calorie intake

solike the HCG supplement, 500 cals day, you gottta track calories...

so what's the magic from the 10g of B5? oh, you dont feel hunger?

also, recall fat loss isnt linear
heres lyles prolix article about why that happens

https://bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/the-ltdfle.html/

I talked about a similar phenomenon in the article Of Whooshes and Squishy Fat, a situation where, usually after the diet is broken (for a meal or a day), folks often wake up lighter and leaner

[quote]

you know good and well I'm not looking to hurt the vit C forum
I am astounded b y vit C and what it does

this is NOT vit C
I am not seeing/understanding wtf B5 is gonna do

you are telling us that more b5 means you'll get weight loss (have to be on a diet via Leung) without hunger
so b5 isnt causing increase in metabolism, its causing you not to break your diet

indeed a key element and I"m gonna try it out...

but peolpe dont always eat cause they are hungry,,,,,
