Thanks for your detailed response.
My calcium score was 169 5 years ago. A recent scan registered at 390. I have had symptoms of Claudication in my thighs and calves for more than 5 years which prompted the initial scoring. I eat a full fat, low carb, whole foods diet and my wife is a certified nutrition therapist so I am getting good counsel.
After the 2nd scoring results my family doctor wanted me to get on statins as did the cardiologist he referred me to. We are very much against them. The side effects are not worth the risk to me. I have been reading about high dose C along with D3, K2, and Magnesium and started the regime a little more than a month ago. I am also on an exercise program called EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy with adaptive contrast) under 100% oxygen. I also have an ankle brachial test scheduled for next week. That test I had 5 years ago was normal. .
I am meeting with a chelation specialist this week to consider IV EDTA and hi-dose Vit C
I believe that I am safe with increasing the oral dosage of C, D, K2 and magnesium and am confident that it will help reduce the plaque in my system along with IV chelation, I have a reasonable belief that I can reverse it. And there is data to back up my plan. I am 75 yrs old and in otherwise excellent health.
I know that you may be concerned of risk to you in recommended a high dosage. Just want to be sure I am measuring dosage correctly.
Any suggestions or additional research is welcomed. Thank you.

I fear that you and your wife are not going to be very happy with my response to some of the things you are doing. I have spent over five years studying the Medical Medium material, and I am personally satisfied that it is flawless and that it was "given" to us to overcome malfeasance in our science and medicine.

So my first recommendation is that you and/or your wife read this very important first book which was recently updated and revised
Medical Medium Revised and Expanded Edition: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal
https://www.amazon.com/Medical-Medium-Revised-Expanded-Secrets-ebook/dp/B08ZK7B38Y/ref=sr_1_1?crid=28S6AW10TN4CJ&keywords=anthony+williams+medical+medium+books&qid=1690812848&s=digital-text&sprefix=anthony+willia%2Cdigital-text%2C141&sr=1-1
I see that today the book is $4 on Kindle.

My comments on your email, with the concerns I have that are based on the above knowledge (below.) My calcium score was 169 5 years ago. A recent scan registered at 390.
Over the years we have learned the value of vitamin K supplementation to overcome high calcium. Our experience and a discussion is documented here:

Obviously your wife is doing what she thinks is best, which underlines the value of the Medical Medium material for humanity. The Medical Medium recommends that only a maximum of 15% of the calories in the diet should be fat, otherwise the liver begins to suffer. (See Medical Medium's Liver Rescue) The more fat, the more the liver suffers, and a wide variety of ills entail.
Turns out that rather than "empty" calories, glucose is the most vital nutrient in our diet (not table sugar, or refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup of course)
Thus the most important foods in our diet are fruits, with vegetables being a close second. (See Medical Medium Life Changing Foods). They are not against eating meat, per se, except for the fact that fat is always present in meats. They claim that the protein in various leafy green vegetables are "perfect" and easily assimilated/digested.
Here is a forum poster claiming he is on a "Keto" diet, who has done wonderfully. Notice how he has changed the rules:I'm actually eating more vegetables and as much fruit as before I startedhttps://vitamincfoundation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=15613 After the 2nd scoring results my family doctor wanted me to get on statins as did the cardiologist he referred me to. We are very much against them. The side effects are not worth the risk to me.
Very wise decision in my opinion. (What does Medical Medium say about statins? His source is against statin drugs, basically claiming they do more harm than good.)
I have been reading about high dose C along with D3, K2, and Magnesium and started the regime a little more than a month ago.
Don't forget to add lysine, vitamin E and probably vitamin A for your legs. (Oh that's right, you started our Cardio-C XL - so you will get good amounts of lysine (and proline).
The medical medium cautions against supplementing vitamin D3 because the liver stores vitamin D, and the high doses recommended these days can harm the liver. They do recommend sunshine.
I am also on an exercise program called EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy with adaptive contrast) under 100% oxygen. I also have an ankle brachial test scheduled for next week. That test I had 5 years ago was normal. .
Oxygenation is important and the key to health. I am meeting with a chelation specialist this week to consider IV EDTA and hi-dose Vit C
Most of the successful EDTA chelation therapies also included vitamin C and magnesium.
From what I now know, I would consider lowering or dropping the vitamin D, and adding lysine (if you stop taking our products). It is interesting that Linus Pauling did not recommend supplementing vitamin D.
Add unique-E vitamin E
Have you seen our correspondence? https://vitaminccures.com/blog/index.ph ... timonials/
In my opinion all you need to reverse your CVD is to follow Linus Paulings advice.
Have you found HeartCure.INFO ? Pauling on video posted at the bottom I know that you may be concerned of risk to you in recommended a high dosage. Just want to be sure I am measuring dosage correctly
.
It is a wonder that in a so-called "free country" one has to be worried only about telling the truth.
IMO, you sound like a candidate for a therapeutic dosage, e.g. 2 scoops per day, thus one jar per month.
If you can do 4 half scoops daily, even better.
When I was on the phone many years ago, a few brave people would immediately go on 4 jars and more per month, with no apparent bad effects. We just don't know, but my feeling is that cardiovascular disease "goes away" in everyone on a dosage of 10,000 mg of vitamin C or more. (I don't think any more than 6000 mg of lysine is necessary)
As far as "risk to me." Heck they are putting people in jail without trial for trespassing. If they jailed me, I hope it would bring more attention to my book And what Linus Pauling discovered, and is now ignored.
Keep us posted on your progress - good or bad - on Cardio-C XL. Thank you.
