How often do you do High Intensive interval Training, I have been seeing 2 -3 times per week, but what is optimal for heart?

Another important amino acid for the heart: The power of Taurine
For example on rats: It was possible to prove that taurine makes their heart muscle cells stronger, makes the heart beat stronger. In addition, the heart muscle cells tolerate oxidative stress much better. Even the mitochondria of the heart cells are protected from free radicals. Taurine also increases VO2 max, i.e. endurance and decreases blood pressure.
I take regularly about 2 g.

Is there a reason you take threonine instead of Glycine? Threonine is changed in the body to a chemical called glycine.

Glycine can be formed from threonine. Not the other way.

How ironic (and sad) that the most popular drug given to heart patients ruins their hearts (by depleting CoQ10). Here is an ancient article I wrote about this years ago
