Ultra high Lp(a) if measured (and not calculated) again implying that you can thank Linus Pauling and Matthias Rath for their invention of Lp(a) binding inhibitors - to reduce the chance that all those sticky Lp(a) molecules will form plaque.
The primary Lp(a) binding inhibitors are vitamin C and lysine (and proline).
