Russia is also pretending there was a pandemic, complete with injections,QR codes for public access, Injections. Digital identity and currency.
The marketing may be different but the end goals are the same as China and the west.

I enjoy reading the Russian side - www.whatdoesitmean.com - intelligence reports read by Putin, and they destroyed all their vaccines, which were Russian manufactured, and shot most of the doctors behind the development of Russian vaccines.
