Vitamin C inducing weeks long chronic fatigue not relieved by sleep

Any thoughts on this case? Read another similar case where the person had fatigue and other issues from ascorbic acid supplementation resolved by discontinuing it. They tested this multiple times.
In another, they reported feeling "irritable" after ascorbic acid supplementation, or any supplement.
