What was it B4 and what is it now? How much Vitamin C do you take now? How long has it been since you started feeling better?

General: Anti histamines will stay in your sytem for up to 7 days after stopping Decongestents about the same both will raise your BP. Certain carriers in anti biotics will also raise Bp. The fact that your body has taken a hit also can take up to a month for it to lower it's defences back to normal. Although you feel better your body still has a lot of house cleaning to do, which means it's a good time to up your V-C intake and help your body get back to normal. I would say 3 to 5 weeks of monitoring B4 you should consider any action on your BP.

Very interesting reply you just received. High blood pressure is a common topic, and here are some old posts that have covered the topic. Note that in addition to vitamin C, think magnesium, vitamin B6, CoQ10 (and vitamin K if the arteries are getting hard) as nutritional remedies for high blood pressure.

Ascorsine-9 is the best remedy for your situation.

you can add to your HT if you want or just see how the HT does first since it has the 9 main ingredients.

The A-9 is better tasting and I found that my mother's HBP responded well to it. She just got out of the hospital but when she was there for 12 days, they could not give her a beta blocker for her HBP and irregular heart beat because her pulse was below 60. But the hospitalist/doctor allowed us to give her A-9. We gave her 4 scoops per day and her blood pressure went from 160/80 to 130/80 during that short stay. We also gave her 2 unique E soft gels. Besides the aspirin with anti-acid that the doctor required, no other drugs were given to her.

A co-worker credits her blood pressure normalizing from adding coconut oil to her morning smoothies. Personally, I add about 3 TB of coconut oil to hot oatmeal about 5 days a week. Makes my oatmeal rather creamy.
