IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 4 YEARS SINCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT VITAMIN C AND HEART DISEASE. I AM EXCEEDINGLY HAPPY, FOR I HAVE RELIGIOUSLY TAKEN 10 GRAMS AND LYSINE SINCE. MY QUESTION: I AM DOING MY BEST TO STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR. XYLITOL IN TRIDENT, ALSO HAS APARTAME. I TRIED PEELU, NO ASPARTAME, BUT TOO MUCH XYLITOL. IT UPSET MY STOMACH. WOULD AGAVE SWEETENER INTFERER WITH THE VITAMIN C PROTOCOL? A TABLESPOON HAS 16 GRAMS OF SUGAR. I USE THREE TABLESPOONS PER DAY. AM I AT RISK TO TAKE IT?

Yes, totally.
You need to let sugar go ...
You can use stevia, cinnamon as alternative.
If that is not an option, I suggest separating sugar from C as far as possible.

Wondering...
Can we use fermented raw honey instead?
I suppose in the fermentation process, lacto bacteria digest the sugars away?
It's been lingering in my mind lately..
TIA!

This is the dumbest thing I've seen on the Internet in over a month.
But giving you the benefit of the doubt, what makes you think L. bacillus could outcompete airborne yeast?

VanCanada,
This is the dumbest thing I've seen on the Internet in over a month.
Gee, thanks for that remark!
That is
SO encouranging for a person who is willing to learn and ask DUMB question..
To answer your question, I don't know..
I was simply asking a
dumb question and hoping that some Master like you to humbly answer/teach..
Thanks!

Hi,
Please don't take it personally. Some people say there is not such thing as a dumb question, so I could be totally wrong in my opinion.
I'm just expressing a personal opinion. Don't sweat it. It's just so great to be able to excercise one'e right to free speech.
All the best,

I've read a tremendous amount of
so much dumber stuff on the internet during the last month. Apparantly you don't read a lot.

Not so dumb after all.
http://www.mendeley.com/research/detect ... mellifera/A novel bacterial flora composed of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) of the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, which originated in the honey stomach of the honeybee, was discovered. It varied with the sources of nectar and the presence of other bacterial genera within the honeybee and ended up eventually in the honey. It appeared that honeybees and the novel LAB flora may have evolved in mutual dependence on one another. It was suggested that honey be considered a fermented food product because of the LAB involved in honey production. The findings are seen as having clear implications for future research in the area, as providing a better understanding the health of honeybees and of their production and storage of honey, and as having clear relevance for future honeybee and human probiotics.
