suggestions for 80 year old man with mitral valve prolapse

Niaspan 500 MG X 1
Dogixin 0.250 X 1
Sotalol HCL X 2
RamiPril 5 mg X 1
Warfarin 5 MG X 1
Plavix X 1

Would like comments on these meds. He is starting

Cardio-C 2 X Dailiy (2500 vitamin C, 2500 lysine and 500 proline per serving)
Lypo-C 5 Packets in the evening.
