DMSO Has Arrived!!!

I've got the DMSO and wanted to ask about a couple things. Do I need to reduce the dosage of my garlic and ginkgo now that I am on DMSO?
Is it alright to do topical application (my wrists and rub together) and consume it 2x a day (10 drops ea time)) with V8 juice?
I've got the books on DMSO but I thought I'd ask first.
