am I doing things right?
wake up:
-Take powder vit C, 4grams worth with lots of water

The issue I have is water, I have to get enough of I have issues where I have to pee a lot, urges, no pee. when I get lots of water, I have no issues

I use pills(1 gram pills,twinlab-c-1000-caps) and lypospheric the rest of the day.
I don't eat any more eggwhites for about 12 hours, but I do take 2 lypospheric along with MG(nutriCology) and vit K2(life extension)
then over the course of 9 hours at work, I take coffee+1 gram of vit C every 3 hours)(with water also)


so I'm getting 10-grams vit C over the course of a day, hardly anytime without AA in my body
get the MG
the Vit K
the proline/lysine

Once a day I will topical DMSO on my arm(that might have a pinched nerve)
and I drink a small amount(too much and I smell of garlic/onions)

I was looking over the AA products
and I'm not sure if I need anything.

I've not had my LPA tested, but both my granddads died from heart issues


I've also gone on a diet to stop cancer from getting me.
