amount of cardio-c

Post Number:#1  Post by hvc » Wed Jun 08, 2016 7:51 am

I take a substantial amount of vitamin c each day but, only take 1 scoop of cardio-c in the morning and one in the evening. The rest I supplement with capsules. I take an extra gram of lysine each day as well. I limit the cardio-c because I am under the impression that I should not be adding any more lysine and proline. I see though, that there are people who take more than two scoops of cardio-c a day. Is the extra proline and lysine an issue? Should I be using more cardio-c?

As review, Pauling recommended 6 to 18 g of vitamin C.

Pauling recommended 2-3 g of lysine for prevention.

Linus's case studies support 5 to 6 grams of lysine for therapeutic effect.

What are your thoughts on arginine?
