Taking other supplements with Vitamin C

Post Number:#1  Post by ChuckArbogast » Wed Nov 23, 2016 6:11 pm

I know you can take Vitamin C with Lysine and Proline, but what about other supplements? Specifically, Citrulline, Potassium Bicarbonate & Magnesium Glycinate. I want to take all of these together, in powder form, to make things easier.

Thanks,
Chuck

It will react with potassium carbonate so do that in some water first, then add other ingredients.

tjohnson_nb,
Thanks for the reply. I guess what I meant to ask is if taking any combination of those supplements would "compete" with each other and render the supplements less effective.

Thanks
Chuck
