Mine has been zero or close to zero for a decade or more. All tests for heart disease so far negative. Total cholesterol 130 mg/dl

Great! :D Cholesterol is only interesting if your lp(a) is high. Otherwise cholesterol is only interesting for Big Pharma‘s statin production.

This is a text from my (german) facebook page:

„Thank you...
I would like to say new year to all who have helped me on the ‚run for my life‘.
First and foremost to the Good Lord. And the guardian angels, who I fell into their arms after my heart attack during the 10 km run. They fought for my life. I don‘t know their names. I have already dedicated the thanks to them in my book.
Then to Dr. Ulrich Strunz
Dr. Jila Maki and team
Prof. Dr. Martin Halle and team
Dr. Annelie Scheuernstuhl
Kyra Kauffmann
Dr. Matthias Rath
Dr. Andrew Saul
Owen Fonorow.

T h a n k s !

All of them have strengthened me in the conviction that it is possible to heal a heart.“

I saw, in english there is a great difference between „on the run“ and „in the run“. In my post before should be the right version: „in the run for my life“
:D

From the funny :D collection of quotations in my book „Jimmy Blue and the Run For My Life“:

Several physicians: „You only have to measure lp(a) once in your life. It‘s genetic. There is nothing you can do about it“.
(The book is now available as a pocketbook at Amazon. Only in german language.)

I got my lab results for my hormone values. Checked by saliva test. I really don‘t like them. Especially DHEA and cortisol (2270 pg/ml) are too low. Testosteron I can‘t believe because my blood test was very higher. I think our high dose vitamin C particularly lowers cortisol, at least according to Dr. James Wilson. What do you think, Owen? And what‘s your value?

I‘m reading the book by Mark Houston „What your doctor may not tell you about heart disease“. I wonder about his „attack plan to lower lp(a), especially alcohol (red wine 6 ounces :D ), aspirin and estrogen bioidentical replacement.
Hormone replacement is ok. I wrote about in my post 8. Feb. But the others? I don‘t know, I don‘t know...
Houston does not see lp(a) as a repair molecule and not as a substitute for vitamin C.

Would taking Resveratrol not be better than red wine? if not why?

Our bodies are complex systems. In order to function, they need about 47 essential substances. Of course, they work together. But according to Pauling/Rath, vitamin C is the crucial factor for the health of heart and arteries. If they are healthy, the body does not need high amounts of lp(a). In my experience, however, resveratrol has no direct effects on lp(a). I have not yet tested alcohol.

Dr. Stephen Cherniske wrote me to increase my DHEA. Start with 25 mg and then increase to 50 mg. I‘ll try it.
I know the advantages and importance of the superhormone DHEA from Dr. Cherniske‘s book „The DHEA Breakthrough“.

I‘m reading the book „Reverse Heart Disease Now“ by Stephen Sinatra. He says bioidentical estrogen and testosterone lower lp(a). I don‘t know if that‘s true, but I take it anyway to raise my values (I take a little bit estriol, not estrogen. And testosteron, both bioidentical).

I have been on TRT for 8 years.
Taking testosterone will raise your estrogen levels, but it will not lower your LP(a).
I have taken DHEA for the same amount of time, but if you want to feel better include Pregnenolone + it also increases your estrogen.

I have often been asked if my book „Jimmy Blue“, in which I describe my fight against my heart disease, is also available in english. Ni, it doesn‘t exist yet, but I‘m working on it.
And the question: What did Jimmy Blue look like? There will be a photo in the new edition. Until then you can see it in my facebook page „Hansen Diel“.
The German edition is available in all countries at Amazon.
