Its possible to purchase your products in Europe and/or Portugal?
Looking to hear from you soon
Best regards

the answer is "maybe."

We DO ship internationally, but suggest people try a small order at their own risk, first, to see if it works. There is a "shipping estimator" on the web store, too, that will give an idea of cost and whether mail will process.

Different countries have different supplement laws, and so... maybe!

Best regards!

Thank you very much for your reply!
I am 45 y old and have just been put a stent because I had a 99% blockage in the main artery!
They told me its a medicated stent ,at least its not pallets!!
Maybe I will try to purchase my vit c/lysin/proline from England!!!
I am thinking of buying the different components separated in high dosages and mixed them myself!!?
Unfortunately doctors here are against vitamins!!!
I am also starting with a Plant Based Diet, but i am not so sure about the no fats no nuts , extremely low cholesterol side of it!?
Thank you again,
If you ever came to Portugal I will be more then glad to show you around!
Excuse me my English
My best regards

Emanuel

Buying the components separately as pills (or powder) would likely be more cost effective. As far as the vit c, we use the only trade-marked vit c , the Scottish "Quali-C" and everything else is now made in China, for better or worse.

Just look for a vit c listed as "L-Ascorbic Acid" and it should be decent. The "L" is very important as it denotes the proper form of ascorbic acid that is active as vit c... and plain "ascorbic acid" might be dilute.

Plant based diets are problematic as far as getting some essential nutrients... be careful! And remember to take CoQ10 with fat of some sort so it will be absorbed.

Its funny that heart doctors recommend low fat - keeps them in business.

Best regards!

From my experience i had to pay 40% supplement duty in UK from ordering from Owen/America.
You may be better off doing as you said. Germany and Italy does some good stuff(not as good as owens!) which with the EU should be exempt from extra tax.

Usually I pay 10% import tax for orders below EURO 150,-, and 20% for orders above. Additionally to an always 10,- EURO handling fee. Austrian customs is very peculiar in checking if any ingredient is also found in a prescription med, in which case its considered an illegal medicine import, confiscated and you're fined 260,- EURO, upto 2600,- on repeat. Minor cases, which are decided by the custom officer, are simply fined 50,- and the item confiscated. Happened to me already with TMG, ALA, silimarin and nattokinase. All European countries seem to have different rules.

Therefore I do prefer European bulk powder sellers whenever possible, and which there aren't that many:

https://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/
http://www.blackburndistributions.com/

Additionally LEF and Swanson have European distributors, therefore no custom in between:

https://swansoneurope.com/

Pure ascorbic acid powder I gladly get reasonable priced in local stores. But there is one provider in Germany selling internationally:
