Heart health questions

Post Number:#1  Post by johnjackson » Thu Nov 21, 2019 8:59 am

I was asked by a nonfat/t1d guy if I thought the level of plaque in my arteries was less than his
I know he takes at most 500mg/day vit C, some veggies, so I said yes because I have an lp(a) of 8.4nmol/L AND I take load of vit k2
Koncentrate K
which has
25mg k-4
.5mg k7

also take
Life extension k2 complex with iodine and d3(5k iu)
k4- 1mg
k7= .1mg

He said, "well artery health is a lot more complex than taking a few pills"

no, it's not. why do you think you get plaque in your arteries?

so does this mean I can be fat and eat junk food all day? have high blood pressure and low nitric oxide?

I am meeting the requirements of pauling therapy, so I wont die from CAD(blocked areteries in my heart)
but I am going to get cancer/heart failure/diabetes
right?

so this is the vit C forum, but heart health and general health require a lot more things done
