On reviewing my lysine intake, I take a level teaspoon 4x a day. Although not all teaspoons are the same, I am probably taking about 8g of pure lysine powder per day.

Proline powder intake is less accurate as it is a clumpy powder, but I am now taking a level teaspoon 4x a day as well, so that's about 8g a day.

I also take about 10ml of 50%-60% DMSO solution with each PT dose.

When doing a google search for "Benefits of drinking DMSO", I found this:
DMSO has been shown to help resolve tissue inflammation through increased blood flow and promote vascular dilation. DMSO causes collagen dissolution, which may help to restore pliability to fibrosed tissues.

In Pharmacotherapy of joint and tendon disease

So I am hoping the DMSO will slowly help remove the carotid bulb deposit.
