Second Heart Attack this past Thursday

Thursday after lunch, (I had a salad with tuna) about an hour later I started having horrible chest pains and nausea, I knew from the first one what was going on, we rushed to the ER, luckily I only live 5 minutes away from hospital, they did a Heart Cath. and found one of the stents had a Blood Clot totally blocking, they cleared that, and said except for the clot I did not have any plak and the stents were clean.
They asked if i had been taking my Aspirin, I had to admit i stopped 2 weeks before, they told me if i had stayed on the 81mg. aspirin this almost certainly would not have happened.
Anyway they prescribed:
81mg. Aspirin
10mg. prasugrel Effient
12.5mg. Metoprolol (take for 2 months) if heart rate is above 60.
Crestor 10mg.

This is where I really miss johnwen's input. However, the good news:

Blood Clot totally blocking, they cleared that, and said except for the clot I did not have any plak and the stents were clean.

Have to rely on the great information in board certified cardiologist Dr. Thomas Levy's book STOP AMERICA'S #1 KILLER, as we learn how things like "unstable" plaques can be prone to clots. I believe, in my opinion, they are lying to you about the aspirin. How long has your stent been inserted? More likely they damaged the tissue when it was inserted which led to the clot - the body's natural attempt to repair tissue damage.

How much vitamin E are you taking daily?

The Stent was put in June 7th. of 2019, over 14 months ago.
I was doing very good, exercising daily, and a Heart Cath. on July 1 2020, showed perfectly Clean, I stopped my Aspirin on August 1st. 2020.

I take 1 Unique-E daily, plus what is in 4 Scoops Heart Tech and my Multi-Vitamin/mineral from Life Extension.

Yes, I would Love Johnwen's input.
I saw on of his posts that said to take Serrapeptase 40,000 SPU 12 hours after taking Effient. I will give that a try in a week or Two.

No good news, DiverDown.
How long did you take Effient after stent implantation? Do you have DES-(drugs eluting) Stents? Do you take Omega-3, and how much? And amino acids arginine and citrulline. Amino acid taurine calms the pulse and lowers blood pressure. It works for me. I wish you all the best.

I took Brilinta for 11 months after stent implantation.
Yes they are DES stents.
I take 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed oil, Ultra Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil 2200 mg., which has 1400 mg. EPA, 480 mg. DHA.
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil daily.
I take Super Beet Powder for Nitric Oxide twice daily, since arginine and L-Lysine compete for the same pathway.
I do not take Taurine, but I do have some.
I have only been on Effient since this past Thursday.

I was just worried that my blood would get too thin with Prasugrel, ASS and Omega-3 (and others), and bleeding occurs. But I took the risk.
