CoQ10 (ubiquinol) Question

Post Number:#1  Post by DiverDown2 » Wed Nov 24, 2021 2:38 pm

I take 500-600 mg. daily in divided doses of Ubiquinol,
Does anyone know what is the Upper Limit of dosing.
Seems I remember someone taking 1000-1200 mg. daily, but I could be wrong.

Remember to take with a meal (with fat) as Dr. Sinatra taught us that CoQ10 is only absorbed when there is bile in the digestive tract.

The highest dosage I've seen is 1200 mg. This dosage improved Parkinson's in a study.

Doctors trying to counter the anti-Q10 effects of the cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, recommend 200 mg daily.

Here is a CoQ10 paper that I wrote in 2003.
