update on my flu

This forum will focus on the interesting topic of titrating oral vitamin C intake to so-called bowel tolerance, the point just prior to the onset of diarrhea

update on my flu

Post Number:#1  Post by Csquared » Tue Dec 19, 2006 8:12 am

Well I am recovering in record time, a few things that I think helped a lot are:

1. Sodium ascorbate in my ears (fill 1 ear and hold for at least 5 minutes, then do the other ear) seemed to relieve the head cold symptoms

2. Lots of oral C (ascorbic acid)... When I mixed it with a green meal replacement drink (Vega, It may be only in Canada)
I seemed to be able to tolerate much more than just C and water. I'm waiting on Lypospheric C to try next time.

3. Lots of Vitamin D3 (I am looking for a UVB light to try to maintain these levels without pills)

4. Hot baths

Everytime I get the flu I am getting wiser about it, this site is a good source of the latest info.

Thanks everyone,

Dan
