Restarting after overdosing

Post Number:#1  Post by johnor » Fri Jan 27, 2006 6:18 pm

I have apparently gone over the bowel tolerance limit of C. When should I start dosing again?

Knowing if I have reached bowel tolerance is complicated a bit by the fact that I appear to have picked up a bug while using the C and Lysine formula and am coughing and hacking. This could also cause the bowels to act up. [/b]

John,

My experience has been that it normally only takes a few hours for the excess ascorbate to "dissipate." Just remember, you do yourself no harm by going "over the bowel tolerance limit of C" and quite probably are doing yourself some good, similar to an enema and/or colonic. In my own case, I start "dosing again" immediately.

Just my view,

David,
Thanks so much for your quick and knowledgeable response. I appreciate it. I know that it is easy to quit these kinds of regimens when there is a setback.

Thanks again.
