a question about bowel tolerance

Post Number:#1  Post by kilgore65 » Wed Jan 16, 2008 8:04 pm

I am trying Vit C megadosing for the first time with a goal of 10g per day. I am very pleased with the results; the only drawback I am experiencing is rectal pain. I am not experiencing diarreha, but am experiencing some rectal pain and even have had a slightly bloody rectum on occasion. Does this mean that I am taking too much Vit C?

Sounds like a hemmoroid.. If so, a long time ago I learned that a diet high in fiber is the best way to prevent and possibly treat hemmoroids.
