This forum will focus on the interesting topic of titrating oral vitamin C intake to so-called bowel tolerance, the point just prior to the onset of diarrhea

question about asthma and bowel tolerance

Post Number:#1  Post by jhsif » Sat Sep 04, 2010 7:36 am

What should I expect once I start to take the liposomal vitamin C, (in this case dr donsbach's liposomal vitamin c) as far as with my asthma?
When I find my bowel tolerance or when people with asthma have found their bowel tolerance on average do their symptoms completely disappear? Or does the bowel tolerance work while having an asthma attack. In Dr cathbert's report 15-50 grams of vitamin C, if my asthma symptoms don't stop do I go over the tolerance?
If the tolerance stops my asthma dead in its tracks will my tolerance ever go down, (example: if my tolerance is 30g has anyone with asthma even been able to decrease to a maintinace dose 6g, or are we locked in to that particular dose for the rest of our lives to breathe easier?
Appreciate the info keep up the good work
Jason
