The spray, developed by Canadian company SaNOtize, kills the bug in the upper airways, preventing it from incubating and going to the lungs, lab tests in the US and Britain showed.

So they actually spent millions of dollars to "develop" an antiviral nasal spray instead of walking to the corner drugstore and buying a bottle of hydrogen peroxide for 68 cents to put in a nebulizer.
How many people have died without knowing about nebulizing h202 just because the treatment couldn't be monitized?
