Thanks for those. I'm sure the research is out there. I use lysine regularly as part of the Pauling protocol and I know it is amazing for herpes virus cold sores. I didn't connect the dots that it was antiviral generally, rather than specifically. Haha, ok, ok, I'll recommend it!
