Hello, first post here. I just discovered this site after reading Vitamin C: The Real Story. I have been using C-Salts from nutri.com for a while. The book indicates the mineral ascorbate forms of Vitamin C are not as effective as pure ascorbic acid.
C-Salts contain calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc ascorbates.
What are your thoughts on C-Salts?
