VITA C IV (Vitamin C + Sodium Bicarbonate) from PharmaLife Laboratories

Hi,
A few months ago I started using VITA C IV (vitamin c + sodium bicarbonate)from PharmaLife Laboratories, which has all the standards for quality and health safety. I can tell you that the therapy is going very well and the results are starting to be seen.
In order to benefit from this product, I import it precisely from Europe.
My question is why can't we find it in US pharmacies...?!?
Why in Europe you can find so many top products for the treatment of incurable diseases?
