Saline ISOTONIC Solution and Ringer Lactate solution for IV request

These solutions necessary for the survival of patients are no longer found in hospitals and clinics in the US.
Our relative who urgently needs these intravenous fluids is also in this situation. The hospital where he is located has run out of stock of these fluids. We need like 20 bottles from each.

Most saline comes from Puerto Rico or Haiti i believe.
3rd world countries we sometimes use tap water or boiled water cooled.
