They say any publicity is good publicity... And if the celebs are doing it..

But here is another article I'd use in my "class" on therapeutic nutrition - have studnets identify all the errors/bias/opinions, etc.

Jefferies (Safe Uses of Cortisol, 3rd Edition) rightly points out that the placebo effect has never been studied. The implication is that since cortisol varies in minutes or seconds, depending on stress, this basic body mechanism may have a lot to say about the effect.
