Great, I have a bag of brazil nuts, I consume daily with my supplements stack as my selenium 'pill.'

That's not gonna help you much. Now Foods had to change it's nutrition facts label on brazil nuts to represent the accurate selenium content of the nuts. 5 brazil nuts (19grams) contain just 70% RDA of selenium. That's a long way from the 50-100 mcg per nut that everyone thinks they contain.
