In this weird world, if we tell the truth and say that vitamin C at the "right" dose can cure the common cold, the FDA can shut us down, yet Tyler Dawson can put out provably false information, and our government is perfectly happy.

First off: There are no secret at-home cures for COVID-19. There is no evidence that taking vitamin C supplements, for example, is of any use

Meta-analysis finds vitamin supplements don’t prevent death from COVID-19

this "meta" analysis has been flooding my in box.

Obviously, dosage always plays a role, but if the death rate is near zero - then you wouldn't expect any therapy to outperform another w/r to mortality. Obviously those with power in Big Pharma are afraid of vitamin C, zine, etc.

Key phrases to watch for "no evidence" and "experts say." :(

Dr. Levy recently mentioned on the radio the fact that excess calcium is clearly bad for health and osteoporosis. But a study is used that tested calcium and vitamin D to prevent osteoporosis and found a benefit (because of the D) so they say that calcium supplements benefit this condition.

All the information in this article is WRONG, as far as I can tell. Our ET friends tell us that everyone is zinc deficient, and that zinc is used in over 5,000 metabolic reactions in the body. They do say the best form is liquid ionic zinc sulfate.

Vitamin A is so important that our liver stores it for us to keep us alive during shortages.

Vitamin E does not affect the INR test, the standard way doctors test for blood clotting. (Many people wish it were a blood thinner like this.)

Vitamin C is the least objectionable, restricting the advice to diabetes. Diabetics probably need vitamin C more than ordinary people, despite any effect on their glucose meters.

It is interesting that our MEDICAL MEDIUM friend agrees with some of this... Apparently we do not have a pressing need for Vitamin D or Omega-3.

This propaganda article starts off advising against multi-vitamins, which would make sense if everyone could and did eat the appropriate amount of organic, fresh fruits and vegetables grown on land that is not depleted of minerals.

The idea of a multivitamin is insurance, that is, to SUPPLEMENT what you are probably missing in your diet.

This time the vitamin C section is bogus.


Vitamin C is Best Received From Your Food

Vitamin C is another supplement that you are better off getting through actual food rather than a pill. "Too much vitamin C can turn the famous antioxidant into a pro-oxidant (which damages body cells), not to mention the diarrhea," says Bethany Thayer, MS, RDN.


The humankind problem with vitamin C is that due to a genetic defect, (GULO) we humans cannot make ascorbate in our livers, as opposed to almost all the other species currently alive on planet earth.

We know that the gram amounts of vitamin C that a being of our size would routinely make daily is roughly 9,000 mg. People have calculated that to replace that vitamin C that our bodies can no longer make, requires over 200 oranges per day. And that doesn't account for what we lose eating vitamin C during digestion. (The reason Pauling took 18,000 mg daily is because his experiments indicated that almost half the vitamin C taken by mouth is lost.)

Our new ET knowledge does indicate that smaller amounts of vitamin C may be better when combined with minerals and other nutrients in fruit, especially if the vitamin C is methylated. However, the "advanced" supplement recommendations still approach the high multi-grams suggestions of Linus Pauling, of ascorbic acid, (as well as lysine).

We know that vitamin C never turns into a prooxidant, but may help generate hydrogen peroxide, which itself is an oxidant. Since ALL animals make vitamin C in their bodies at amounts adjusted for body weight in the multi-grams, we know that multi-gram amounts are safe, and even the 100 to 200 gram amounts administered IV to cancer patients is safe.
