After checking with https://www.speedtest.net/ookla-5g-map I couldn't find a clear correlation.

The most likely to me without being able to verify (so much complete stupidity on site of the leaders is less likely), the deriative market after 2008 never got rectified. Therefore all the helicopter money, before the anyway neccesary currency exchange. With the advantage of hiding its real cause and those at fault.

I've looked at some of those maps as well and the info varies(unreliable)
