Glucose required to deliver ALL nutrients

The Medical Medium revealed in Liver Rescue that all nutrients are "preprocessed" by the liver before they can enter cells. Furthermore, in order to reach the liver preprocessing, the nutrient must be attached to glucose (implying that nutrients enter cells through the GLUT receptors, attached to glucose, through the action of insulin.) MM suggests taking nutrients (e.g. Vitamin C) with honey.

The new 1000-page Brain Saver books make the same point, but this time in the section on the vagus nerves (a system of nerves serving the stomach, lungs, heart, etc.)

Every single nutrient -- every vitamin, mineral, trace mineral, electrolyte, amino acid, phytochemical compound, antiviral and antibacterial compound, antioxidant and anthocyanin - can only enter in a nerve cell if it's attached to glucose. Nerve cells open up to be fed as glucose arrives, so that nutrients being attached to glucose is the only way a nerve cell can receive nutrients.

It's the only way someone can receive, for example, [brain vital] vitamin B12: if it arrives with glucose. If someone is on a high-fat diet, which causes insulin resistance, this means that glucose cannot easily enter into nerve cells.

There are said to be three vital "nutrients" for the brain; water (hydration), glucose and vitamin B12. People on high fat diets are risking their mental health over time. The brain deprived of glucose will run on adrenaline as the backup.
