Wow. You have studied Dr. Cathcart's BT paper, correct?

From the table, there are only 4 conditions that approach a bowel tolerance of 200 grams, include mononucleosis (active Epstein Barr virus) and some bacterial infections.

Very likely you have a serious viral infection.

I will search as I believe I once created a list of the strong "antivirals" recommended by Mr. William. In general, you want to do everything you can aimed at improving your immune system, and that usually means lots of antioxidants (especially vitamin C) and antiviral substances, e.g. lysine, cats claw, bananas,
