vitamin c and skin colour

Post Number:#1  Post by lolalola » Thu Oct 12, 2017 2:43 am

hi all,

does anyone know why when i take vitamin c, my skin tone on my face looks more fresher? more colour in it? like i have been on a tanning bed...

i am sure i have read somewhere that this is to do with copper or ceruloplasmin? but i cannot find where i read that...

also, if anyone knows, do we care about taking advertised 'whole c complex', or are we happy with simply absorbic acid?

thanks all,
adam
