Always Couple Your Collagen Or Gelatin With Vitamin C
Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen and for forming blood vessels and muscle tissues. Since our bodies don’t naturally produce this vitamin, we need to keep an eye on our daily intake of vitamin C. Topical application of vitamin C can also be extremely beneficial to provide both epidermis and dermis quickly with enough vitamin c content to prevent the damage from happening, especially if you are always exposed to the sun and pollutants. Citrus fruits such as oranges and mandarins, red peppers, broccoli, and strawberries are great for providing the body with its needed amount of vitamin C which will result in a smooth texture to your skin. If you have decided to take collagen supplements, they are also better combined with vitamin C to receive their full benefits.

I am very amused because this goes right along with Pauling therapy, ie Lysine/proline+lots vitC

but how do you get lysine/proline?
I use pills and EGGWHITES

you can apply eggwhites to the face to smooth out wrinkles etc and then add vit C to the face and BOOM we are closer to making collagen(sorta)
although I dont see collagen being made on the surface of the skin, maybe the vit C and eggwhites get absorbed?
