I sir. Got your name/email from a receptionist:
I am 80 yr old male, survivor of heart attack in 2004, I now have 5 stents, they want to do another one as I am blocked in several arteries.
I am a diabetic type 2 and have been on a restricted diet for several years and am able to control my blood sugar fairly well, the last two A1C, 69, and 6.7
I have been looking into Dr. Paulind and Dr Rath's findings for the last 45 days, and have begun to utilize their RX for my heart disease-Aka "Long Scurvy"
Last week I began a regime of taking 10 then 15 mg of vitamin C and 4 MG of Lysine at 6 to 7 am and did not eat any food until 10am to 12pm.
I am utilizing CVS Vitamin C and CVS Lysine, subsequently upon further reading! purchased from the Vitamin C Foundation. the High Ascorbic C powder.
I seek guidance as to how best to proceed to get the maximum through-put of the drugs as I am facing yet another Angioplasty in late July?
Could you please inform me how to effectively use a daily routine to affect the dissolving | these plaques? I am particularly interested to know the best time to take food after ingesting the pills or powder
Congratulations on finding out about Linus Pauling's theory and apparently 100% effective therapy. You can get well. I must say that you sound just like most of the folks I used to speak with on the phone more than twenty years ago. As far as I know, all whom followed Pauling's advice became well - until they stopped their vitamin C.

In the beginning, we didn't really know how effective Pauling's therapy is. We would routinely advise callers about Pauling's theory and therapy. Most were in pain, And we learned later that almost almost 100% would notice results in 7-10 days. The cessation of intractable pain.
The key is DOSAGE - of vitamin C and lysine (and later proline). The recommendations are high.
After repeating the same story to callers, I wrote the book PRACTICING MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENSE with Sally Jewell, which became an Amazon best seller in its category. https://www.amazon.com/Practicing-Medic ... 120&sr=1-1

Diabetes doesn't mean you should avoid glucose. Quite the opposite. We all require glucose in our cells.
Being a type 2 means that insulin can work for you to bring vitamin C and other nutrients into cells, but the effects of this hormone are being blocked, leading to elevated blood sugars.
You want normal blood sugar, but not necessarily by restricting sugar intake. It is important to realize that elevated blood sugar does not CAUSE diabetes Type 2,
Fat in the bloodstream is the cause of Type 2. Fat blocks sugar from entering cells. (Per https://vitamincfoundation.com/forum/vi ... 726#p54941)
We have known for years that you can reverse Type 2 by first eliminating all fat (fatty acids), then slowly introducing healthy fatty acids. Absolutely no trans fats. See OUR DEADLY DIABETES DECEPTION https://rense.com/general58/diabetes.htm
SUMMARY All people require glucose, including and especially you.. The objective is to get glucose out of your bloodstream and into your cells. This is accomplished by limiting fat in the diet.

Congrats on your personal study! You have adopted a very good dose! Curious, how have you felt the past 10 days?
The minor error may be not eating food around the time you are taking vitamin C. We now know that glucose is required with vitamin C uptake (and may reduce the amount of vitamin C needed.)
I now recommend that our Cardio-C products (or quality bulk powders), or the more complete Tower Laboratory powders, be added to a low-sugar fruit smoothie early in the morning. At a time when fat in the bloodstream should be at its lowest.
I am utilizing CVS Vitamin C and CVS Lysine, subsequently upon further reading! purchased from the Vitamin C Foundation. the High Ascorbic C powder.
I know nothing about CVS products, but I assume they would be fine.
The products that I would recommend are The Vitamin C Foundation's CARDIO-C *. All Cardio-C drink mixes contain vitamin C and lysine. Both the original and XL contain proline.
Cardio-C XL is the most economical, but has to be frozen after opening to prevent clumping.

DISCLAIMER: I proudly admit that I am not a medical doctor and this is not medical advice.I cannot, nor would I recommend prescription drugs. However, IMO my advice is better. Over 40 years of study in nutrition focused on vitamin C, I did not have to unlearn the toxic material taught in all medical schools that poisons the minds of most classically-trained medical doctors.
With that said, IMO option, by following Pauling's recommendations, along the lines of the protocol below, you should not require another angioplasty or stent.
Pauling suggested taking vitamin C for life - not stopping for a single day, and lysine is essential, and is also required in the diet for life.
At some point, you should obtain from a blood test that measures your Lp(a) value. This score will indicate when you can slow or stop taking proline.
Depending on the Lp(a) measure, when your Lp(a) approaches ZERO, rather than quit, we have a new Cardio-C XM product for long-term maintenance you might consider.

If I were in your situation, following the advice of Pauling:
I would start with one jar of Cardio-C XL per month. This provides two servings per day.
I would take the first serving (scoop) in the morning. Ideally add to a fruit smoothie.
I would take the second serving about 12 hours later, but soon after dinner to avoid conflict with fat in your diet.
If this causes a bowel tolerance (loose stools) issue, take the same dose, but smaller dose more frequently.
also
Have an Lp(a) test. (Measured). Total cholesterol on a standard lipid panel can also provide a clue about proper dosage of vitamin C.
Read the Pauling Therapy handbook.
