Vitamin C degrates in liquid very fast. The next day almost nothing in the juice.
On the other hand I don't see the need. Regular Paulings recommendation are up to 18g of ascorbic acid or more and up to 6g of lysine per day. Rath recommended additional proline up to 2g per day. So generally 3 times as much vitamin C as lysine, and a sprikle of proline. Is all added fast and stirred in a glass before drunk. Without any degratation.
With such amounts cupsules or tablets are indeed better avoided. Due to all the not so healthy binders and fillers in them.

Of course the recipe can be adjusted
1 litre orange juice
100 gram Vitamin C
100 gram Lysine
20ml shot = 2 grams Vitamin C and Lysine per 20ml shot
twice a day for 4 grams of each
How much of the vitamin C would be destroyed in a liquid?

Why you are so hell-bend on recommending equal amounts of ascorbic acid and lysine? Your advise is no good advise for any health condition.
Ascorbic acid degratation in watery solutions is dependent on many factors, like pH, trace mineral content, temprature etc. It's half-life can be from few hours to a few days, depending on prevalent conditions. So after a week of even a few days really no ascorbic acid left.
