Dr. Peter McCullough's "Base Spike Detox"

Great minds. Yours, and the Medical Medium's source which does recommend iodine as a strong anti-viral (anti-pathogen.) From memory they say it is a good antiseptic, inside the body and out (Topically). They recommend "Nascent iodine," and I'm not sure what that is?
