You know, the world is a wonderful… & strange place. A while ago I bid farewell to actively contributing to the forum so I could simply lurk in the shadows absorbing info’ when / if it pops up. But, as it happens, I’m compelled to throw another little granade back amongst you all (well, at least those smart or curious enough to take note) because of my latest miraculous results with my Crohn’s disease…ALL THANKS TO eDOC’s ongoing masterful manipulation of DMSO (amongst other bits-&-bobs along with his constant input)!
I’m gonna say from the get-go that DMSO is, as we say down my way: “the duck’s nuts”. In other words a miraculous substance that REALLY REALLY works. I’ve been using DMSO for some time now. Always with positive results…but nothing as powerfully positive compared to when eDOC’s individualised input is involved. One size doesn’t fit all.
The story goes like this:
EDOC initially resolved my AF, atherosclerosis, addressed some other lipid abnormalities & basically brought me back amongst the living. That was a little while ago. Since then i’ve been in regular contact with eDOC. He’s always enquiring about how I’ve been getting along. During one of our conversations he suggested that I get some blood labs done including ANCA labs. That set the ball rolling.
To cut a long story short, after a few procedures I was diagnosed with a slew of IBD, IBS, ulcerated colitis & Crohn’s (take your pick) mumbo-jumbo that the Drs, surgeons & specialists threw at me. Fortunately, eDOC took one look at my results & promptly set up a protocol - which he has tweaked several times depending on my personalised response / physical healing / progress. The rest is…well…behind me. Excuse the pun. Let’s just say the bloody stool, incessant diarrhoea, painful cramping is gone…& I’ve just filed for divorce from my ‘longer-than-I-wanted’ relationship with the toilet bowl.
All giggles aside, though, I’ll end this with a request that you genuinely contemplate the substance / subtext of this post if you are on a journey to healing & better health.Now back to the shadows!

My habit to check on my successfully treated/cured patients, suggested him to carry some labs just to see if all his issues were well controlled, especially A-Fib. Though was asymptomatic but to my surprise ANCA was +, and a diagnosis of Crohn's was made after colonoscopy etc.. His specialists recommended going on synthetic steroids for his Crohn's.

I shared my experience of seeing Crohn's being treated conventical, steroids > + immunosuppressants > + surgical resection > occasional recurrences despite surgical resection or turning malignant.

I told him like when he suffered from A-Fib, that I can successfully treat it in 6/8 weeks, using CRISPR and other modalities.

He wanted to fly over, but like in case of A-Fib, I suggested why go through the hassle of travel, let me give it a try treating online using DMSO and if it fails, that option is always there.

Most know that in his thread on A-Fib, I used my different protocols to treat /cure Spike removal post covid, A-Fib, Familial hypercholesterolemia, Missense mutation and now Crohn's....

Honestly speaking I have treated all these in different patients in 37 yrs., but never 4 med. conditions in one.
I told him that the we would be walking on a tiny rope and addressing one aggressively could deteriorate the stabilized other 3.

Well to sum up I created a tailored made plan, probably around mid Oct' and in 4 weeks of treatment, is asymptomatic.
Now what I am focusing on his elevated lab markers which were sky high and gradually falling. Like ANCA, Calprotectin, IL1b, IL6/8 etc.

Creating a customized protocol and tweaking required days of thinking, and a challenge for me, I gave in my 100% as always BUT Nik2201 200% complied far better than I thought.

He has become an authority on DMSO and others, highly educated, open minded, and a decent gentleman.

1. Any guesses why MPO and PR3 levels are well below normal?

Note IL-1b has disappeared and IL-8 too has fallen, without the protocol.

Nik2201 isn't really much concerned about them (he says after GOD my HEALTH is in your hands), since he feels great and healthy. BUT I being a doc know what these can do in the long run and am a perfectionist.

His physicians, surgeons, pathologists have no clue to what is happening or what to label with??
Nik2201 is trending in med news in his country, amongst the society of med. professionals who are clueless.

I have all the time in the world to think about my patients, since am alone these days, my american Cardio. MD wife flew over to vote and would be returning after Thanksgiving.

PS: The pathologist like posted earlier has no idea, or probably never has seen such a mix of damages and what exactly to label with confidence.
I know the reason and the cause of his IBD Crohn's!!

Calprotectin drop by approx. 400 in 4 weeks, not bad considering being treated online. With some more tailoring of my IBD protocol, should be down to normal in another few weeks.

Still amber, another few weeks for green to turn on. Weeks why?? Holiday season all labs shut in his nation and docs on a leave till 6th of Jan'25. I could have normalized all his labs by than.........
He has been asymptomatic since the 1st few days, but it was I pushing and explaining the importance of these 3 labs, Calprotectin, ILs, and heterozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia.

Further improvements in inflammatory markers (ILs). Compare with post # 3. Like said I can normalize them too with further customizing my protocol.

Now the biggest hurdle, Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy for Familial Hypercholesterolemia.....

PS: I have strong feelin that I could be able to overcome the challenge and cure all 5 ailments in one person, like posted never did that in 37 yrs.

Firstly Cholesterol levels at approx. 243 mg/dL isn't that bad, but was the cause and disrupted my partial gene silencing performed in '22. (In his A-Fib thread https://vitamincfoundation.com/forum/vi ... hp?t=15471).

Anyways since in this time have developed my own Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy, would hopefully fix it.

Pathologist marking blood glucose as H, is a bit harsh, probably wanted to see it around 80 vs. 100 mg/dL. I know the cause which probably is due to slightly decreased release of GLP from the earlier intestinal inflammation. No issues would fix it, so in future he doesn't place the H asterisk.

Nik2201 is totally asymptomatic and leading a normal life, but lab wise his Crohn's would hopefully be cured by end Jan'25. It's the labs and holidays that is the reason for the delay. Curing Crohn's alongside stabilizing 4 others online, in approx. 12 weeks isn't that bad medicine.

Typical lab values of a partially treated/controlled heterozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia. I fixed all back in '22, with none feedback after that, along with self picked diet protocols without consulting disrupted all my efforts. Now would start my new developed Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) protocol from probably 6/7th Jan to fix it back. I don't want him to use the conv. monthly injectables (less effective, loaded adverse effects and expensive).

PS: This thread would probably be more interesting vs. the A-Fib one.........Asides curing Crohn's and stabilizing 4 other, interesting labs, images, protocols.

I have made some more additions to Nik2201 protocols, that would provide protection against ANY virus including the touted Human Metapneumovirus (that I can cure in max 24 hrs.) and one to inhibit telomere shortening.
The more I think and treat people, I feel 1 book isn't enough, probably needs 3-5 books. But no time...
Don't think any member at these forums besides him, suffers from Crohn's?
Had a look at Crohn's foundation disappointed to see what misery people are going through and treatment options being offered (ridiculous IMPO), like I told Nik2201.

Like posted earlier normalizing Lpa doesn't take months/yrs can be done in a few weeks. Imagine what values would I get after ASO.

From 671 to 251 and now to 101 ug, my fault edited/reduced some dose else would have been below 50.
No issues next would be normal.
For me was/is a challenge treating 4 serious med. issues (A-Fib, Familial Hypercholesterolemia, Missense mutation, and Crohn's) in a single person and that too online, but my blind faith in GOD and Nik2201 cooperation has helped me in overcoming it.

Crohn's isn't difficult (rather simple) to CURE!!

PS: Btw- he is totally asymptomatic and enjoying the great weather mostly outdoors.

On a light side thanks GOD the pathologist wasn't harsh this time with blood glucose. (probably heard me).
Note: Calprotectin dropped > lesser or none inflammation > more GLP > normal glucose and uric acid.
Why I posted increased longevity: since I developed a protocol to increase activity of telomerase.
