help with figure out dosage

I have seen a link on here that is a chart based on your weight that will help you figure out the dosage of vitamin c you should take. I printed that chart out but I'm having a hard time figuring it out.
I'm not good with math :)
The weight would be 186lbs now what would be the dosage of vit.c for someone with CVD?

Its for my husband. He is 43 yrs old and weighs 186
