Ill try to be short as possible. Recently I understood when i am taking large dose of Vitamin C, sometimes i feel pressure a little pain in my
upper chest.
Any idea what it can cause , should i continue taking megas? I am smoking a packet a day and time to time drinking.
Your ideas would be really helpful. Since when I stop vit c for 2 month i immediately catch a cold.
